QLED and The Frame

Last year I bought a 55" Samsung Frame TV and loved it. It worked great. I recently moved house and purchased a second Samsung Frame TV, this one is the latest 75" model. I had it installed and connected to Apple TV and I cant watch it!! Every few minutes the screen goes black for a second and then the picture comes back.

I did the obligatory google search and have tried everything suggested on all forums.

I’ve unplugged the tv for 30 seconds and turned it back on… still didn’t fix it.

I’ve disabled Power On with Mobile…. Still didn’t fix the issue.

I tried to update the software but I already have the latest version… so didn’t fix the issue.

I’ve also disabled the “Anynet+” feature… still doesn’t fix it.

WHAT IS HAPPENING!? I’ve had this television for a few days and I’m about ready to through it out of the window.

SAMSUNG - HELP!?
