Samsung Q800T and samsung UBD K8500 turning on

I have a new Samsung Q800T tv and using my 1 year old k8500 bluray player and a harmony one remote.

I changed my tv setting on my harmony remote and when i turn on the tV 10 seconds later the bluray player comes on.  when i push the help button it changes it back to the tv settings.  

When i push the tv button on the remote only the tv should come on.  i am using the eARC cable threw the Denon reciever.

This problem did no happen on my old Samsung TV.

Or do i need to send the tv back?

Turn off Anynet+ on the television and that will stop the television from powering on the Blu-ray player

I run sound threw my Denon receiver.  When I turn it off anynet+ I loose sound.
