Hi Smiley Happy I’ve been sent here by a Samsung representative from sef.contactus@email.support.samsung.com , and also by Ron Liechty from Samsung Developer Program ( https://forum.developer.samsung.com/u/r.liechty_SDP ). None of them couldn’t answer the following question.

I’m currently working on the 3D model of a custom-made VESA support for that TV. For that purpose, I’m looking for the two missing dimensions in the following picture :

QE50LS03T - Dimensions manquantes.jpg

The TV model is the new 2020 50" Samsung The Frame (QE50LS03T in Europe, QN50LS03T in North America, QA50LS03T in Australia, etc.).

I need precise dimensions, not approximations. A technical drawing of the back of the TV would be ideal.

I’ve been asking Samsung representatives for that info for several weeks now, so I hope somebody can finally help me. Thanks in advance ! Smiley Happy

I was able to pull this from the installation guide.

I believe the measurements you are looking for are #2 and #3.

Thank you so much @Anonymous, that sounds great !

I'm happy to finally have an answer to that question.

Would you by any chance have access to the same installation guide with measurements in metric system ?

Of course I can convert inches to cm/mm. The problem here is that the measurements don't seem to be precise enough : one tenth of an inch is 2,54 mm, which is not very precise.

The measurements in metric system would be precise up to the mm.

Not to mention that this TV was originally designed using the metric system. 😉

Thank you.
