I received the Samsung frame 65 inch, and smudges on screen we’re present before installation. I have tried cleaning the screen as per recommendations from Samsung without improvement. It does not seem to affect viewing when the picture is bright, but are definitely noticeable in dark scenes. Has anybody else had similar experiences? Very disappointed it came from the manufacturer like this
