My TV just gave out one day and started to show random colors and lines across the screen. Doing the picture test shows that the TV is still looking messed up. The website stills says that I am in warranty but I contacted support but they said the opposite. And when I try to use the website I keep getting the message "An error has occurred while processing your request. Please try again or call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG." Is there a way I can get this sorted while getting it covered under warranty?

If the TV is under one year old then they should help you under warranty. If they won't, file a BBB complaint to record that you began the complaint while the TV was still under warranty.
