QLED and The FrameI know why the left side of my screen has a thick dark shaded vertical band across it, its because the backlight on the $2,000 Samsung "art" hanging on my wall has burned out. Feels like spending $2,000 on a beautiful lamp advertised as a lamp you're encouraged to leave on all day only to find out the bulbs will burn out after 2.5 years with no easy bulb replacement option.
My question is how do I contact Samsung via email? The chat bot takes me in circles & I have no interest in sitting on the phone, texting or using the app going in circles unplugging and restarting and doing picture tests I have already done. Per California's Song - Beverly Consumer Warranty Act there would be an implied warranty that the most expensive item in my house would be capable of being used as designed without failing within the first few years.
Reading the thousands of complaints about this issue from around the world online, happening on many Samsung TV models produced recent years but most impressively on the one single TV they have designed specifically to be "on" much more often than a typical TV, I am astounded there is not a class action lawsuit.

QLED and The FrameYou would need to contact Customer Service and get a service call placed since you are outside of the 1yr warranty for repairs

That said, if your TV is out of warranty the cost to repair it will be on you. As TV repairs are generally very expensive I typically find using that money towards a new TV the better option.

QLED and The FrameOh I know it says that is an option but when I enter my product it takes me to a page where my choices are chat with a bot or call. If you choose to chat with a bot and take it to the end and click "this did not solve my problem" (or whatever it says) it will circle you back to your products main page & you start over.
The state of California has an "implied warranty" for products over $100 sold here. The manufacturer should provide parts to repair them within 7 years of purchase whether the warranty period has expired or not because it would be "implied" that no one would spend $2,000 on a product if they knew it would fail within an unreasonable period.

QLED and The FrameAhhh thank you. I'll have to find some time off work to call & acquire an email address. Would love to keep my communications in writing.
