QLED and The FrameThis only happens when the TV is in Art Mode.
Once in a while the screen will go black but we can hear the TV and hear the channel changing when we change it but no picture.

QLED and The FrameNow the TV is randomly rebooting when we are watching it. We mainly use the apps installed directly on the TV rather than something like Roku or Apple TV.
Please help us resolve this issue. The TV was very expensive. We had to replace the panel less than one year after we purchased it and now it seems like something else is wrong.

QLED and The FrameI had the same problem. It disappeared after I re-routed the fiber optic cable and made sure there were no kinks or very small bends.
