My frame TV starts to flicker then it looks like it automatically reboots. Here is a video of the probem. It is on the latest 1280 firmware.

Question: How can I stop this?

This issue will need to be addressed by having the unit serviced. Since it is out of warranty, you can use the following link to find a list of authorized service centers near you that can do the repair:   http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location.

Is this happening no matter what what's on the television?

This only happens when the TV is in Art Mode.

Once in a while the screen will go black but we can hear the TV and hear the channel changing when we change it but no picture.

Now the TV is randomly rebooting when we are watching it. We mainly use the apps installed directly on the TV rather than something like Roku or Apple TV.

Please help us resolve this issue. The TV was very expensive. We had to replace the panel less than one year after we purchased it and now it seems like something else is wrong.

I had the same problem. It disappeared after I re-routed the fiber optic cable and made sure there were no kinks or very small bends.
