The voice guide came on, on its own. I have gone through the steps to shut down the Voice Guide several times in the last couple of days. The Voice Guide shows that it is off but it is still on. I have also unplugged the TV and it still did not shut off. Does anyone know any other way to get Voice Guide to shut off.
I would recommend calling 800-762-7864 and asking the agent for remote management. They can connect to your television, and do some additional troubleshooting to resolve this issue.
If you have tried toggling the Voice Guide off and then on, the next step would be a factory reset. To do this, please go to Settings>General>Reset>Default PIN is 0000.
Hi, I had already tried toggling the Voice Guide off and on. I went through the factory reset twice in hopes that it would correct the problem today. The voice guide continues to talk any other suggestions?
