QLED and The FrameYoutube application is not working since the last 1310.4 update at 2018 high tier TVs.
You can check the issue at this topic with more than 140 replies...
Please Samsung / Google do something, it's not in our hands. At least let us rollback to previous version, this new one broke our TVs....

QLED and The FrameSame here! Please send this to IT guys, its a problem mainly with wifi after update, it stutters. You can check it at speedtest via browser and u will see some freezes with conection. On cable it dissapears.

QLED and The FrameNo doubt having one tv replaced the network card is NOT a solution for a problem that affects every single 2018 tvs. Make a recall or something if the solution is to replace a component.
And it’s funny that Samsung didn’t reply to the problem in the last post but to basically close it offering no solution what so ever

QLED and The FrameIf Samsung have posted that the accepted solution to the issue is to replace the wireless board then surely they need recall the affected products or organise sending out engineers to carry out the replacement? Can the Samsung moderator please advise how to get the accepted solution?
Or are Samsung also planning to fix with a firmware upgrade? Please advise. Thanks.

QLED and The FrameOn september Samsung replaced my wireless card because I had a problem with the remote control...unpairing randomly... Now I need to replace it again? Why can't solve a firmware problem with a new firmware? What happens if we are out of warranty? ... They told it was a YT problem and now we need to replace hardware of our tvs?

QLED and The FrameGoogle are abandoning Google Play Movies on 15th June 2021 and swapping everything to YouTube! YouTube does not work with 4k movies on Samsung TV! Samsung: what are YOU going to do to fix the problem? Please advise urgently!
