Purchased a second frame tv. My photos are available on the TV in art mode. However, when using SmartThings app I do not get the screen that displays "Browse and Add Your Photos" like I receive for my original 43" 2021 frame tv. If I move to the bottom of the screen and attempt to access My Album, no images exist. Is there a setting I am missing?
