after i installed a frame on my frame tv, the remote control will now only work if its very close to the tv. is there a way to move the ir receiver or a different solution?
Hello! I understand how this can be frustrating with this occurring just want to confirm have you made sure nothing is blocking the sensor on the TV or anything in the way at the bottom of the TV?
