I have a 2020 model 55" frame TV. First and only samsung because my wife wanted the frame setup. Here I am, 5 months new and all it does is power cycle. Turns on, chimes, and flashes off. Never ending.
After some digging people have blamed the box and or fiber cable. I order new ones of both. New box does same. New cable makes it not even power cycle.
Any advice before doing the warranty route?
