2020 Frame TV out of space after 4 pictures??

Just installed a new 65" 2020 Frame TV.

Only 4 custom pictures have been saved to the frame. Yet when I try to add a 5th I'm getting an error message on my SmartThings app that the Frame TV is already out of space???? 

The specific error is "Insufficient Storage - Not enough storage space on The Frame. Delete some images and try again (04211)

does it use an sd card? or just internal memory ?

Internal memory.

From further research, there are a lot of people with this same problem. It is due to a BUG where the memory fills up on the Frame TV's.

DO NOT BUY ANY FRAME TV's until Samsung fixes this serious issue.

Thank you! Just purchased at B&H - cancelling the order now. They sell a TV called "The Frame" which allows you to display thousands of other artists images (for a fee). Then they allow the people who buy it specifically to show their own art, and have memory issues? What a joke! This is all over the Internet, not and one word from Samsung anywhere. What a complete marketing/engineering failure. Glad I can still cancel this. Great idea Samsung, but apparently, you missed the mark.

Same issue here. I had to reset the TV, then I could upload images. 

The issue is from Ambient Mode. I was using that and it filled up the memory. Even though the TV said it has available memory, it wasn't available.

Connected with Samsung on virtual chat ......

Turns out I needsed to unplug the TV for 10 seconds, as its all working ok since I did that

Can you give a bit more details about what exactly did you do and how much space was reclaimed?!
