I just purchased the 2021 55" Samsung Frame TV and I am stuck in Step 2 of set-up mode. The TV displays "An Even Better Version May Be Available - You have the latest software". Each time I try to click "Got It" nothing happens. I've unplugged the power to the One Connect box and re-plugged it with no success.
Is this a defective TV or am I able to reset something so it moves through the 4 step set up process? Thanks in advance for any advice!
