I have a new frame model QA65LS03AAS
While performing the initial setup via the smart things app the app crashed and now the TV and setup process are frozen on ‘Select Your Country or Region’.
The smart things app can no longer see the tv and the physical remote control does not seem to function at all I.e. I can not even turn the RV on or off with it.
unplugging the tv and then restarting it just winds up at the same setup menu and I remain unable to proceed with the setup so it’s stuck.
any ideas and help much appreciated
