Someone pleaaaaase help!
I have just bought a Q94a Neo 65” as an upgrade from my 55 Qled 2017 (2018) that had no issues.
When playing my PS5 the picture and sound keeps dropping out. The drop outs are for a duration of 2 seconds and the screen/sound simply carry on when back on (minus the bit missed when off).
I have changed the HDMI and changed the recommended PS5 settings.
Reading AV forums it is clearly the TV, especially as I didn’t have the problem on my Qled 2018 that incidentally didn’t have game mode.
Surely Samsung are aware?
is anyone experiencing the same and did you find a solution?
My PS5 is unplayable.
Same issue with my 55” qled neo 85.
Seems okay when watching program on Apple TV+ but cuts out on all major networks on dish tv. It happens every 2-5 minutes.
Contact Samsung support. They had me unplug tv, do a factory reset, but neither worked. Then the tech rep had trouble with her phone and gave up.
