I purchased an 82" Samsung QLED less than 2 years ago. Recently, the screen filled with horizontal lines, then to black and the TV shut down. The TV tries to reboot itself continuously. Contacted support and was told to disconnect all devices and bypass the surge protector. I did this and got the set to work for a week or so, now same issue repeats. Contacted support and was told it's my problem, TV is out of warranty. This is a $3250+ television less than two years old that's inoperable and Samsung has walked away from me. Worse yet, went to the Samsung site to find an authorized service center and for an 82" TV there are apparently no authorized service centers in the US.
I'm facing the same issue witg my 75Q70RA - 75inches - i bought it on Dec. 2019 !!!
I can't believe that company like Samsung producing this defected goods for us!!!
I really feel sorry for you :(
