Solved: Art mode no longer works - Samsung Community

I am no longer able to use art mode on my 65 inch frame tv. It's only two months old and has worked until now. The button now only works to turn the tv on and off.

I am having the exact ssame issue. I've had the TV for almost a month. Did you ever get this resolved from Samsung?

Also, Motion Sensor has not worked at all.

It just started working a couple days later. While not ideal i think it just needed a restart of the system.
