Art mode switches to Ambient mode after one minute

I own a 2020 43" Frame. I did a reset recently and now the Art mode switches to Ambient mode after one minute. Can't figure out how to change this setting.

Any suggestions or tips?

I have the exact same issue with my brand new TV.  This one I got after an RMA.  The last one I first receved in early December didn't do this.

What are the odds of Samsung responding to these boards?

I am sorry to hear abour this. Have you tried disabling the Eco Solution settings on the television?
