I’ve tried deregistering and re-registering twice. No effect. This has been working for a week and suddenly stopped. I have also checked for a firmware update - all ok. Please tell me how to fix this. I’m not impressed! The other fixes suggested on the forum are to reset the tv every time I want to watch something. I’m not going there. Between that and the stream freezing from the laptop (which I hope I have found a fix for on the forum), you are in danger of getting the thing back!
Please can I have a response from tech at Samsung.
