Can't connect to Art Store

I purchased a 55 Frame TV last month and I haven't been able to connect to the Art Store since purchase. My internet connection is fine and my Samsung Account appears to be correct. I've agreed to all the terms and conditions and set up the TV multiple times - everything seems to connect fine - Apps etc, but just not the Art Store - I keep being told to try again later (for the last 3 weeks) - has anyone else experienced this ?

I did earlier on in the process when I had the Samsung supporr on the phone, but I've just tried again and it worked - thank you !

Can you provide the full model code and the firmware version you are running?

@userzsSGHz4bdl Looking at your software version. It's showing that software is a couple of versions behind. Have you tried going to Settings> Support> Software Update>Update Now.?

Yes, several times - each time it tells me I have the latest version. Can I update via usb if the updater is itself broken ?

@userzsSGHz4bdl Yes we do have that option. You can use this link here to go online and download the latest software update for your tv.

The lastest version on your site - Dec 2018 is 1202.3 - the same as I listed previously in this thread - why do I feel I'm going in circles and have bought a tv that doesn't deliver on expectations ?
