Pretty frustrated here- bought four different models of Samsung televisions within the last 24 months and none of them work properly. Starting with the 55 inch qled in the bedroom: suddenly says it can't connect to the Samsung server. And then when any button is pressed on the remote it says it can't find a keyboard. Cycling power does not help, router also cycled, and verified wireless is working and signal is strong in bedroom. This same TV as also, at least twice a week, will not allow the volume to be changed. Pressing the volume button on the remote brings up the volume icon on the screen and the numbers try to scroll but as soon as you stop pressing the volume button, the icon goes away and nothing has changed with the volume. So, where do I start with this first problem?
