Same issue.. everything worked fine at first then after a couple of weeks no access. I have tried evertingthing including factory reset and completely deleting all apps and settings with no help. There is also an issue with a network cable unplugged diol of box which is clearly a firmware issue...

I have the exact same issue. I just bought a frame yesterday and it worked for maybe 30 minutes.  Now I get the error message although the other functions work
