Qled and FrameThe television recognizes the soundbar automatically once I connect the soundbar before I connect my cable box. However, once I turn off my TV and turn it back on with the cable box connected, I get the error message "your audio device is connected to a port that does not support ARC". To get it working again I have to disconnect the cable box and connect the soundbar first.
I have tried all the usual fixes like changing HDMI cables, changing HDMI ports, resetting the Television, unplugging all devices and cables, changing cable boxes.
This problem only exists when the cable box is connected.

Qled and FrameStrange issue. Would be less of an issue if Samsung devliered eARC support as you could then just plug the cable box directly into the soundbar's HDMI-in and not lose out on the added audio support your soundbar provides for the devices still plugged into the TV passing audio via eARC. If you don't already have something plugged into the soundbar directly you could try that and see it behaves better in your environment.
