Frame 55” will not change to Artwork

I have just bought a 55" Frame TV and the Artwork mode was working last night. When I tried today it just shows me my artwork but does not change to look like a framed picture.

Couple of things to try: go to the support menu and run device care, then exit out.  Press and hold power on the remote for like 10-15 seconds.  See if it will work after turning it back on?

I ended up just unplugging the Samsung box and plugging back in and all worked after that. Hopefully it won't happen again
