Can anyone help? Despite having QE49Q6FN for 2yrs, I finally decided to try using the Freesat rather than my set top box. Having plugged the cable in and tuned everything, it worked a treat! I even manged to record/playback shows. All good and very happy.
2 weeks later the "FreeSat Live TV" app that appears on the menu has disappeared!!???? The "Broadcasting" option in the settings is now "greyed out". This did happen when I first installed it, but it came back. This time it hasn't 3-4 days later.
What has happened? How do I get the "Live TV" app back?
Strangely - my parents just purchased a TU8500 and experienced the same!
Any help would be appreciated!
