HDMI No Signal Frame TV (PS4 and Switch)

I was in the middle of a PS4 game and my Frame TV screen went black. Then I got the no signal message from both the HDMI sources for my PS4 and Switch. Interestingly enough it still recognized both as the PS4 and Switch.

Here's what I have tried so far to fix this and all have failed:

-Switch HDMI cords (and the ones I've rotated in have all worked on another TV)

-Switched ports, no HDMI port has been successful

-I turned off the TV and unplugged for 10 mins and unplugged all HDMI cords. Still nothing.

-I did a factory reset of the TV, no luck.

I don't know what else it could be or what else to try. This TV isn't even two months old. And its been working fine so far. It literally started this in the middle of a game.

Thank you in advance for any advice or help!

Re: HDMI No Signal Frame TV (PS4 and Switch)

I'm in the same boat. Switched cables and even tv to double check that it is not the PS4. But when I plug it in to my QLED tv (Q70) it keeps complaining that there is no signal. Also tried about 20 times to boot the PS4 in safe mode (keep holding the power button for the second beep) but never shows a picture (on this new tv).

Re: HDMI No Signal Frame TV (PS4 and Switch)

I eventually had to call customer service and gave them remote access to the TV. It was a problem with the One Connect cord. They sent me a new one and that did the trick.
