We just got a Samsung Frame 50". We know how to lock apps that are already downloaded, but we cannot find out to lock access to the app store. Right now, our child could search for any app and download it freely. We've contacted customer support, and they didn't know how to do it. They're sending someone to our house next week to look at it, but I can't help but think that there should be a fairly simply solution. If not, this is a huge oversight for parental controls.
