I have a 2018 65” QLED Q7DT. It has current updates. As of today when I click on the Hulu app, it just goes back to what I was previously watching. I have deleted the app and readied it, but same result. I cannot access device care in settings/ support. It just freezes and eventually goes back to what is currently on the tv. Remote access for customer support does not work either, I get an error message: “Network interference occurred. pleas try again later. (1-9)”.
