Is the eArc issue specific to non-Samsung (such as Sonos) products?

Does anyone have a Samsung soundbar hooked up via eArc HDMI that are not having issues with sound cut-outs or power on issues?

 

Meaning does it work like it is supposed with a Samsung Soundbar?  I see all the Sonos issues.
