Q80r series TV (model QN65Q80RAFXZA)
Did a reset and afterwards some apps dissappeared including Hulu, HBO Go, CBS, iHeart, etc. Did the disconnecting and pressing power button thing and nothing. Checked and software is up to date. Researched the Samsung website and my TV model is supported by most of this apps. Any solutions?
Just to confirm you did a factory reset on the TV? Also, do these apps appear when searching for them in the app store?
