As of 10th Jan 2021 this is still happening - an irritating pop up telling me my network cable is disconnected and then connected and repeating itself over and over, despite the TV obviously being connected to the internet.
i have had same TV connected to same router for over a year - this is obviously a software issue and needs to be resolved.
Please don't tell me about cold reboots etc, I have tried it all and nothing works. I am not going to reset my TV to factory settings again either because this also does not fix the issue.
Been having the same problem wiht my tv too.Mine is Qled 60t and i have tried everything and would work for a bit and then would freeze or stop working. The issue is with the firmware 1460 update.Never had I had a problem that my tv before. Also the HDR mode is screw up.When I watch Disney plus or Netflix before its get disconnected the HDR mode is way too dark and its not the Eco solution or the motion lighting...its the firmware issue the patch that was attach to it.Please Samsung had a solution with the firmware where it freezes and disconnects and never let me on again..keeps saying its down and the HDR mode when watchings apps.it was ok with the last firmware but HDR needs imprvement on the Qled 60t tvs.
Nope. Nothing forthcoming. My TV is unusable for the first ten minutes after switching it on. If you leave it long enough it goes away.
this is a major issue for me and my last Samsung tv unless we get some answers on here
I’ve had my TVs for about 4 years and this just started happening on all three of them yesterday. It has to be a firmware issue as nothing has changed with my setup in at least two years, and the TV is stilL connected to the internet despite being told that it is not.
Get it together Samsung! I’m about to upgrade all of my TVs to 4K and won’t be getting Samsung if they can’t fix this simple software bug.
I've got this problem too on a low-end N4200 40". I have an extremely robust wired network with professionally installed and tested cable. It was driving me nuts. Re-tested the jack, patch panel, switched cables, ports, nothing helps. Even patched the TV directly to my cable modem. Finally searched the forums and found the reports of the exact same issue. Other devices using the same wired infrastructure work just fine.
This has plans to upgrade my main TV to a Q80T on indefinite hold. Having to sit in front of the TV with the remote constantly in your hand to dismiss the message is unacceptable.
Seeing the "canned" responses for cold booting, factory reset, and "reconnect to your WiFi" is extremely frustrating. I would like to see Samsung acknowledge this issue, which is clearly being reported across multiple models, and tell us plans and timeline for a FIX.
Just got this from Samsung support... pillar to post with this one....
In order for you to get the proper assistance on this matter, I would kindly advise you to contact our colleagues from Samsung Electronics.

Also recently started getting this error pop up randomly. I don't even have a cable connected, I use wifi
Just the last week or so on a Q70T.. Dodgy update I guess?
What's worse is if you don't want this stupid thing connected to the internet - period. Still get warning. Reset TV does not help. Ethernet disconnected - no kidding, I don't want it or wifi - it's called HDMI - Samsung botched this. After years of having Smartthings, I ditched it because Samsung botched that. Now I have a TV that demands internet. Regretting this TV.
