Hello, Everyone. Can we get some of you guy's television models & Firmware versions that are experiencing this. Our team would like to look into this situation further and see what's going on.
Just got off the phone with Amazon. Their team says it's a Samsung issue.
My model is UN55TU850DFXZA. Brand new; just got last week. Prime Video worked fine until today. All software up to date. TV will be returned for a Sony if Samsung continues to have this issue.
