My partner and I bought a Samsung Q50R for her parents for Christmas. Whether they are using their cable (connected via HDMI) or streaming services, the tv will randomly get a black screen. Sound is still going, but within a few seconds the tv will start and they will see the Samsung logo flash across the screen. We have already done a factory reset and run updates on the tv. The tv is brand new! What troubleshooting steps can we take?
