My q70 85” has recently started acting up. The apps are laggy Netflix will play then freeze also you tube. It will randomly turn off. If Apple TV is connected every thing is fine also Xbox works flawlessly so it’s not my internet. How can you test this Samsung this was not a cheap tv and I really want it to last longer then a YEAR!!!
I absolutely understand how frustrating that this can be. Have you updated the software on the television? If not, please update to version 1385.0. Also, by any chance is there another set top box connected to the television outside of the Apple TV? I have attempted to disable Anynet+ to see if that stops the television from powering off?
