Q80 TV - "Unable to Connect" error on power up

Hi all, 

First time poster here.   

On power up our tv has started giving the error below.  Yet, according to the network screen the tv is already connected to  wifi and within 10 seconds the error clears itself.

We didn't always get this error.  It seemed to begin when we had to reset the settings including re-enter our wifi details. 

Any ideas on stopping what seems to be an unnecessary error?  Thanks for reading!
