Qled and FrameGood day,
I am facing the following issue with my recently bought TV Samsung Q80T.
Once I've reset TV to default configurations, btw this advice gave to me Samsung Support (hold for 10 sec turn on/off button on tv and then the same button via One Remote). And i am again in start menu to configer TV, as it usually show at first use. I see that this TV identified as Samsung TV 9005 https://www.screencast.com/t/T6ZjtOF73u . Same for App Smart Things, initially it says to me that TV is 9005.
But I've bought Q80T via authorized official reseller, it's written on paper Label sticked to TV. Same in Menu settings of TV.
I am wondering, which request and for whom should i create to ensure I've paid a lot of money for real Q80T ?
