My problem seems unique as I cant find anything on line that addresses it.. My QN75Q80TAFXZA was purchased less than 2 months ago. After about 5 wks it developed a 'shadow' across part of the screen. Samsung's warranty contractor, Asurion, replaced the panel, and that issue was fixed. However, I now have this very strange problem. The Brightness control under Expert Settings is not working, ie, the 0 setting produces the same brightness as the 50 setting.. All eco and intelligent settings are off.
Question: is your brightness control working? I talked to a Samsung supervisor yesterday who arranged for one more service call in an attempt to fix this, but if this doesnt work, Ill have to request a replacement either through Amazon or Samsung.
