I just received my SAMSUNG 75-inch Class QLED Q80T Series - 4K (QN75Q80TAFXZA, 2020 Model) and have problems getting the ethernet port to connect or become active on my router and my switch.. Tried three different ethernet cables and have had no luck. The Wifi does work but has a weak connection due to distance from wifi router in house. How do I fix the Ethernet connection?

I down graded my switch to a 100MB and it works find. I was using a TPlink 1000/100/10 and it would not show connection. Now using an old Netgear I had in a box.
