Bought a QN65Q7FAM at Best Buy in April 2018 for $2000 and now it is starting to reboot and turn on and off by itself. Was told out of warranty and have to schedule a tech that I have to pay for. Totally ridiculous for the amount I paid. Never will buy another product. Shame since have been a loyal customer for 2 decades.

Hello, I too am having a similar problem. I have a 2016 55inch Q6FNA, was working fine then one night it wouldn't stay on. The lights flash, the screen turns on then turns off. You can hear a squeal when the tv starts up.

The tech came out today and replaced my box and the optic cable and have not had a problem since. He told me about the way that the geek squad installed my fiber cable it had too many bends in it and it could have made it go bad so we found a new way to run it and all is good. Will keep you posted.

Everyone, have a 1 day old 90 series version just below the 8k 900 series. Constant reboot started 6 hours into unit being on. Control box inside enclosed cabinet. Unit was very warm/hot. Saw all these posts and about boxes the thing up and returned it. Left cabinet open and hasn’t happened since. It HAS to be a heat issue. All these posts about replacing cables, boxes, circuit boards, and screens in some cases is insane. Do not put the smart control box inside cabinet next to your stereo, game console, etc and you might just avoid this problem. It needs air! 3 hours since opening cabinet and hasn’t rebooted since. Will move to top of cabinet behind tv (on stand) tomorrow. Have 11 months and 28 days to prove my theory.
This is insane I spend $3000 Canadian on a tv and Samsung as well as nobody else can say why it's doing this. Constantly have to turn it back off and like I see people can disconnect anynet+ but why would I wanna do that when I use it? Drop this much money and you'd think an update or something but nope. They haven't had the decency to address the situation.
