Hi. I tried, but I can't able my Dolby atmos. I'm from Brazil, and the ARC input is HDMI 3. It's the only difference I think. I'm connecting my Xbox one x, that has support to Dolby atmos and I have no success. Can you help? Thanks.

I have tried several things, try going into menu / general / external device manager and deactivate wait a bit and activate Anynet + (HDMI-CEC) or restart factory mode and reconfigure

I still haven't vigured this out. I have:

Samsung Q80R tv firmware - 1356.2
Samsung hw-Q90R soundbar

Netflix only shows 5.1.

In settings (while in netflix app) Dobly Digital+ is selected and grayed. Dolby atmos is selected.

I tried reseting Smarthub and after that also tried turning off and then on ARC for the soundbar. Still Netflix app just shows 5.1 under the movie titles.

Any ideas?
