Registration page does not work

When I go to this page:

to register my new Q6FN I cannot enter the serial number into the left-hand entry box. With Firefox, typing numbers/letters makes no appearance whatsoever, with Internet Explorer 11 the depressed key appears in the first character slot (very) momentarily, but again I can't enter my S/N.

 

How to register my new product??? I am logged-in to my account when I try this, and I can see my other TV (a Frame) among my products. Just can't enter the new one!?

It turns-out that while the Registration page does not seem to work at all when accessing from a Windows PC, I was able instead to use my Apple iPad and Safari browser to register my new TV.
