Remote home button is not working. TV is stuck on Netflix. Voice commands do not work in Netflix. No solutions.

I have had the same problem twice before with my 55" Samsung Smart TV. Everything on the remote works except the home button and without it you can not access the smart hub or settings.

And both times I fixed it ... by replugging the power cord into the back of the television. The remote started working again immediately. There are two small prongs and if you bump the tv ( or the surge protector ) it will come partially unplugged. Hope this helps.
