Samsung 32" QLED Q50R Fit to Screen option?

just bought a new Q50R, and notice that some dvds and movies will appear as different screen sizes when watching.   Is there a way that i can tell the TV to Fit the picture to the screen size??  If so, how would I envoke the option?
