HI there, my tv has suddenly become unusable, it turns on and off in loop. I tried to look for solutions on the web but there's nothing that works. This afternoon it started turning itself off and on every 5-6 minutes, I've reset the TV, reconnected the wifi, unplugged from the wall for hours, removed all HDMI connections but to no avail. Now it's simply unusable as it turns off and on in loop, I've completely unplugged it. Anyone know a solution?

Try and unplug the wired connection (or WIFI) connection disconnect from your local network so it does not have internet access and see if this resolves the TV reboot issue.
Mine is doing the same thing, only it has worked fine for 15 months - great with a one year warranty, huh? I have been on the online chat at least 4 times and nothing works. The first few times it did it I unplugged everything for 10 minutes and when I pugged it back in it worked. Now nothing works. One chat person said to try a new cable which I have ordered but the cable is run inside a PVC pipe in the wall, there is no way somebody pulled on it or kinked it. The Samsung recommended repair company in my area does not answer the phone nor do they have a message service. This is great - 3 months out of warranty and I have a $6000 TV I can't watch.

None of that worked. I private messaged my info. I called Samsung. No help. Only thing helped was dimming the backlight or brightness from 20 to 10. I still think it’s the OCB and the fact it can’t handle the max brightness. I’m happy I can watch tv without having the tv switch on and off but not satisfied with the way I had to dim the brightness. Samsung needs to get to the bottom of his issue. And please send me a new ocb box.

I paid $100 for a service call for them to tell me it will cost $2,565 to replace the panel. IT'S ONLY 2 YEARS OLD!! And I originally paid over $4,000.
This is beyond unreasonable for a top of the line QLED TV. You clearly have a manufacturing defect and if you can't stand behind your customers, then you'll lose customers. That LG OLED is looking like a really nice product right about now...
So can you help us?
I read your post. I too am extremely frustrated with Samsung. Wish I had read this thread before purchasing my 75" QLED TV 2 1/2 years ago. It worked fine till one week ago and then started having the issue everyone has posted about . I've tried everything pretty much and have had no success. I spoke to Samsung and they are not willing to do anything . I have emailed the VP of customer servie and next week will try to track him down by phone . His name is Chris Kim , email<HIDDEN> . Maybe if we all pound on him we will get a response.
I have 5 other Samsung appliances in my home and if they do not address this I will never purchase another Samsung produc
***Found a fix*** so I finally found something that seems to fix the issue. I saw it on another forum. Turning off FreeSync in the TV settings has stopped my TV from rebooting for the last three weeks. The setting is found under game mode settings. I have the Q6 series with an Xbox one attached. Seems like most of these post people either have an Xbox one or they are using the optical cable. I don’t have an optical cable so I know that’s not the issue on mine.
I bet that your One Connect Box is the culprit...
Bottom Line: Buy a new/used One Connect Box that matches the model number of your current One Connect Box.
I own a 9000 series that went on the fritz one month ago. The picture would show up, then blue/green/red lines would fade along the screen, and finally the the whole screen would go black (with the blinking red light on the corner of the TV monitor going non-stop). This issue cycled about five more times until I never got the picture to come back on. I also experienced the same issues with remote control connectivity. I called and did the online text support -- none of the steps worked (plug into wall, default reset, firmware update, etc...). The Samsung rep pointed me to a certified repair shop, but after reading other troubleshooting posts, I saw that was not going to work.
In the process of trying to figure out what was happening, I noticed that my One Connect Box was really hot to the touch. I cracked open the case to my One Connect Box to see how it was functioning with power supplied to it. I noticed that the internal fan was no longer operational. The motherboard for the One Connect Box looked fine, but I figured that something must have burned.
A replacement One Connect Box from the Samsung site will run from $200-$475. You can probably find one on eBay for a more affordable price -- just make sure it is a match for your model number TV (just look on the bottom of your current One Connect Box; most begin with the letters "BN"). I was able to snag one for $150. Using my old One Connect Box cable, I hooked the replacement up to my TV and it worked! Picture has been solid for one month now. I'm convinced that the One Connect Box is the source of failure for most of us on this forum. It's not appealing to drop some $200 bucks for a replacement One Connect Box, but it beats buying a whole new TV system.
