We have a 65" Samsung QLED (Q6) TV paired with a Spectrum Cable Box (model 201T). Our new OneRemote works with all other equipment - Sonos Bar, DVD player, Netflix button, you name it. We were able to connect the Spectrum Cable Box and can see it on the Samsung screen, but when we select the "Spectrum" icon and see the options above (i.e. Guide, Recordings, Info, etc.) and select one of them, nothing happens. However, the "Channel Up/Down" buttons on the OneRemote DO control the channel changing on the cable box. Does anyone have similar issues and/or a fix? Thanks!
