Hi, I've got a behaviour on my Serif TV that has gotten increasingly worse.
When I start my TV it starts playing TV-channels just fine but after a few seconds it enters Ambient Mode automatically. Or if I start my TV -> open an app (i.e. Netflix), then start navigating in the app or TV menus, BAM, switching to ambient mode after a while. No Idea what is causing this. I've tried the following:
* factory reset * turning on tv and leaving remote in another room (to rule out faulty remote-clicks) * messing with "open last app" settings etc.
No matter what settings i've tried, it seems to always to into Ambient Mode after a short period after the TV has started (like 10-20sec).
