Smart Device Permission

Hello

I Have Samsung Q-Led Q7D Series TV.

Model: QN65Q7DRAFXZA

Original Firmware: 1060.6

New.       Firmware: 1317.0

While watching tv, throughout the day This Q7D Series is displaying a message on top right corner of the TV

Selection Option : Allow/Deny/Close

I have been denying it 99% of time 

Headline: Smart Device

Message: Your Permission is required to connect your Device to this TV

Now it is getting annoying as it would happen numerous times.

I performed Following Steps

Factory Reset

Smart Hub Reset

Soft Reset by holding power button till comes back on.

I'm plugged tv from wall

After in plugging tv hold on to select button on TV itself.

I did factory reset every step.

I also have exact same problem with Samsung TV: UN55MU8000. I tried calling Samsung from January of 2019 till Current Date. Some time more then 2 time per day in a Week and some time 3 time per month. So far they did not took any steps towards solving this problem. As lot of other people are experiencing excat same problem.

I am not complaining. I am trying to help Samsung any way possible to solve this problem. So I really started reading lot of fourms. Even in fourms there is no solution to this.

Press Allow so it can pair with a mobile device. It's as easy as that. 😀

I am not even making attempt to connect my device to the tv. It's Cell phone or  other smart device of walking by or driving by or loitaring around my property are accidentally or automatically trying to connect to this Q-Led TV as well as Samsung LCD 8  Series 4k UHD TV

So please look into this matter
