Spectrum Cable audio Sync off on 55 inch 2021 Frame (Defective?)

Hi there - I've seen this issue on Qled and some Frames. My brand new 2021 55 inch Frame will not sync audio for cable provider (we have Spectrum in NY). I have tried just about everything I can imagine, and worth mentioning this is my 2nd Frame TV, having returned the first thinking it was defective. Just received the 2nd and its doing the same thing. While watching cable, the sync falls off for audio to visuals over the course of 15-30 minutes. It gets worse the longer you stay on a channel. I have done factory reset, I have changed the HDMI cable, I have tried the digital audio offset settings, I have moved the HDMI cable input from HDMI 1 to 2 to 3 and back to 1. I have adjusted Spectrum's audio settings. Nothing has worked so far. Any new suggestions before I return this and buy a Sony?

Unplug all devices from wall
Hold power button while inkling for 1 minute on all devices

Can you clarify this... I am supposed to unplug the Cable Box and the One Box for the tv for  1 minute.... what power button am I holding in? For the TV unit?
