Can you please advise if you have any external devices connected to the television?
Do you have the unit plugged directly into a wall outlet or does it go through the power strip?
Does the unit stay on for a certain period of time before powering off by itself or does it instaly turn off at start up?
It's connect to Apple TV, directly plugged into the wall.
the first date of install we did not have any issues, then the next day just started turning off. The tv is connected to Apple TV and managed by a universal remote-- not sure why that would cause it to turn off.
Also, I'm setting the tv into Art mode, stays on for about 5 min and then turns off. It's sleep timer is off, not sure why it's doing that. This issue is related to Art Mode only as we haven't used it for TV yet
